Technical Business Analyst
12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Melbourne
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology and system upgrade initiatives.
This role will suit a hands-on Technical BA who is comfortable independently owning the requirements lifecycle and working closely with technical teams, SMEs and business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex system upgrades.
You’ll take ownership of business analysis activities across technology upgrade and infrastructure-related projects, including:

This role will suit a hands-on Technical BA who is comfortable independently owning the requirements lifecycle and working closely with technical teams, SMEs and business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex system upgrades.
You’ll take ownership of business analysis activities across technology upgrade and infrastructure-related projects, including:
- Leading end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
- Facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders
- Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Completing current-state, future-state and impact analysis
- Identifying system dependencies, risks and requirements associated with upgrades
- 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working on system upgrade, platform upgrade, technology uplift or infrastructure-related projects
- Strong end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Proven ability to independently lead requirements and stakeholder engagement activities
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working with technical teams in complex enterprise environments
