Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end technology delivery projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Create project roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.
- Track project dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze data and improve business processes through reporting and automation.
- Support automation initiatives using Power Platform, Python, SQL, and AI tools when needed.
- Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with business analysis and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical workstreams.
- Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Power BI or Tableau.
- Python.
- Jira and Confluence.
- Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Financial services or consulting background.
- Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools.
