Technical Lead - Full stack
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Full stack to join our dynamic team in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our cutting-edge software solutions, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable full stack applications
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Establish best practices for coding, testing, and documentation
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular
- Expertise in back-end development using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in architecting and designing scalable, high-performance applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
