Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Salary: AUD 1000 - 1250 per day, Negotiable Rates

About the Role
As Technical Lead, you’ll drive the design, development, and implementation of bespoke and COTS applications, along with infrastructure enhancements. Collaborating with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and project objectives to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across projects and programs.
• Design and implement applications and systems aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Manage technical requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Mentor developers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and deployment requirements are met.

About You
You’re a collaborative leader with expertise in software development, cloud environments, and DevOps practices. You excel in managing multidisciplinary teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering innovative solutions in complex Python and AWS environments.


Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven technical delivery leadership and software development expertise.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), CI/CD, and security standards.
• Understanding of enterprise systems, networking, and data architectures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders in Federal Government projects
