Technical Product Owner (K/M)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Key responsibilities:

• Advise development teams on architecture, infrastructure and design needs.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA and DevOps on feasibility and integration.
• Act as liaison between customers and development teams, explaining technical complexity and estimates.
• Work with UI/UX designers to define customer experience.
• Prioritize features, technical debt, infrastructure enhancements and architectural updates.
• Track sprint progress, resolve blockers and coordinate dependencies, resources and releases.

• Permanent contract with availability from September 2026.
• Hybrid work in Wrocław at Silver Tower Office Centre: 2 days every 2 weeks, flexibly arranged.
• Reporting line to a Manager or Team Lead.

• Technical background and understanding of software development practices, software architecture, databases, microservices and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, UX/UI principles and prototyping workflows.
• Practical Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning, cross-functional coordination and backlog refinement.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Ability to set technical priorities, resolve dependencies and guide teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Experience developing connected services in the automotive industry.
