Technical Program Manager- Core Ads Growth

Meta's Technical Program Management (TPM) community drives the execution of some of the company's most complex and consequential technical programs. Specialist TPMs operate at the highest level of the TPM discipline, functioning as subject matter experts who shape technical strategy, define portfolio-level program structures, and partner directly with organizational leaders to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of portfolio-defining programs, establish effective and scalable program practices, and serve as a recognized thought leader across engineering and cross-functional organizations. You will translate long-term technical strategy into structured execution plans, anticipate systemic risks before they materialize, and drive alignment across directors and leaders to move critical initiatives forward at scale.
