Technical Program Manager

You will lead complex cross-team technical programs from planning through delivery. You will align engineering work with priorities, identify dependencies and risks early, facilitate technical discussions, maintain RFCs and ADRs, build lightweight execution processes, and remove blockers so engineers can focus on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of cross-team technical programs
• Ensure predictable progress across complex technical projects
• Align engineering work with company priorities
• Identify and proactively resolve technical dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Facilitate technical discussions and alignment across teams
• Draft and maintain technical documentation, including RFCs and ADRs
• Build lightweight processes that reduce execution friction
• Remove coordination overhead from tech leads and engineers
• Step in as needed to keep programs moving forward

Requirements

• Proven experience driving complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams from planning to successful delivery
• Technical fluency in architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs
• Execution and coordination skills
• Ability to align stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum across teams
• Ability to anticipate problems, remove blockers, and ensure predictable progress
• Communication and influence skills for working with engineers, tech leads, and leadership
