Technical Program Manager Protocol
You will build and maintain protocol roadmaps in Linear, mapping schedules, milestones, and dependencies. You will align internal teams and external stakeholders on protocol changes and releases, monitor portfolio health, and surface risks early. You will coordinate cross-functional meetings, drive decisions, and track follow-ups. You will manage audit-firm relationships, contracts, availability, pricing, and budgets while improving program-management processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain protocol roadmaps in Linear
- Align internal teams and external stakeholders on protocol changes, releases, and dependencies
- Monitor project health, risks, and cross-project dependencies
- Coordinate protocol, product, and engineering meetings
- Manage audit-firm relationships, contracts, and availability
- Improve program-management processes
- Negotiate audit contracts and manage audit pricing and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a related role in an advanced technical or research environment
- Technical communication for technical and leadership audiences
- Program management methodologies and tools
- Experience adapting program management to research-centric environments
- Ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts
- Written and spoken async communication
