Technical Program Manager
You will own successful integrations and deliver strategic ecosystem initiatives and core technical projects. You will provide strategic and technical guidance to engineering, coordinate projects with the Head of Engineering, identify and mitigate timeline risks, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and create roadmaps, milestones, and regular meetings. You will prioritize resources, develop continuous improvement strategies, and oversee the development of individual contributors and team leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own integrations of projects building on the blockchain
- Own delivery of strategic ecosystem initiatives and core technical projects
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to the engineering team
- Coordinate technical projects and prioritize resources
- Identify assess and mitigate timeline risks
- Develop mitigations and continuous improvement strategies
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Create and maintain roadmaps milestones and regular team meetings
- Nurture engineering ownership trust and high performance and oversee development of contributors and team leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Ethereum-based blockchains and applications
- Solid understanding of systems architecture design and blockchain technology especially Ethereum
- Proven ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
