- Assess legacy data estate
- Coordinate data engineering and third party suppliers
- Coordinate migration testing rehearsals and delivery
- Coordinate project dependencies risks issues milestones delivery plans
- Coordinate secondary data loads into surrounding systems
- Define archiving scope and requirements
- Develop business case and funding for archiving initiative
- Ensure communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Identify and manage migration technical dependencies risks issues
- Ingest archived data into strategic archive
- Lead data archiving workstream
- Manage business user access to archived data
- Manage data cascades and dependencies
- Provide project updates to senior stakeholders
- Support data transformation and migration workstream
