Technical Project Manager (IT Consulting)

We are currently assisting on behalf of our clients, an IT Consulting company looking for a Technical Project Manager role.

Job responsibilities:

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate various with managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with stakeholders
Experience working in bank or agency with banking portfolio is a must
Experience using Antasena, Temenos, SDMS is strongly preferred
Strongly prefer talent with Java programming language proficiency
