Why Join Us?

If you are looking for a place where you can think beyond execution, take true ownership of outcomes, influence decisions, and continuously learn alongside top-tier specialists in a truly global environment, we'd love to meet you.

How will you impact?

As a Technical Implementation Project Manager, you will operate as an embedded subject matter expert and product lead, driving critical implementation activities from inception through to production stabilization. You will take technical ownership of deliverables and drive them as an integral member of the delivery team with authority and deep technical understanding.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of implementation activities, managing technical and business workstreams across card schemes, processors, and internal stakeholder teams.
  • Drive planning, execution, and governance for critical deliverables, including Host Certification, Scheme Testing, Token Service implementation, Clearing & Settlement setup, and CIQ completion.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between technical SMEs to ensure certification, testing, tokenization, settlement, and operational readiness are delivered on time.
  • Challenge and manage implementation dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities, proactively escalating roadblocks and driving resolution with relevant owners.
  • Help define and prioritize work based on technical dependencies and business objectives while reporting progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions with implementation managers, processor teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into actionable plans.
  • Maintain oversight of certification progress, test execution, tokenization onboarding, Clearing & Settlement readiness, production cutover, and post-launch stabilization.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven track record managing complex card issuing, processor migration, or payment implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of scheme implementation processes, including Host Certification and network connectivity, Clearing & Settlement, Token Service, CIQs, and scheme testing/production readiness.
  • Senior-level professional with strong payments domain expertise covering card issuing and processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate technical SMEs and engineering teams without necessarily acting as the hands-on technical expert.
  • Extensive experience working with issuers, processors, card schemes, and large-scale payment technology delivery environments.
  • Ability to operate as both a subject matter expert and an embedded product lead, identifying, managing, and resolving risks/blockers across complex programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and work comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Location: London, Hybrid

You will receive:

  • The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.
  • The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.
  • A highly competitive compensation package.
  • A flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Medical insurance.
