Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background as a Solution Architect and solid hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM Finance. The consultant will lead technical delivery across key digital initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements, solution architecture, and implementation.

The role requires a senior profile who can operate confidently in a complex enterprise environment, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive technical projects end-to-end with high quality and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Leadership — Lead and coordinate technical project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the digital roadmap.

• Solution Architecture — Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions are designed according to best practices and enterprise standards.

• Dynamics CRM Finance Expertise — Oversee technical implementation, configuration, and integration of Dynamics CRM Finance modules.

• Stakeholder Management — Engage business, IT, and leadership stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth decision-making.

• Technical Coordination — Manage development teams, vendors, and integration partners to secure high-quality technical outcomes.

• Risk & Issue Management — Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project stability.

• Documentation & Reporting — Produce clear project documentation, progress reporting, and architectural materials.

• Quality Assurance — Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and security requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with finance, operations, IT, and external partners to secure seamless delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments.

• Proven background as Solution Architect with ability to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

• Hands-on, recent experience with Dynamics CRM Finance (configuration, integration, workflows, data).

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Duration: 6 months + option for extension

• Workload: Full-time (Time & Material)

• Location: Copenhagen (onsite minimum 4 days/week, remainder remote)
