Technical Sales Engineer
Job Summary
Innotec Solutions is looking for amotivated and results-driven Sales Engineer (Security Systems) to joinour team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing newbusiness opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting integrated security solutions. This role requires both sales and technical knowledge to provide customers with suitable security system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security system products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, and related systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and project cost estimations.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Preferred Competencies &Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in security systems, ELV systems, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, and networking is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
