Job Summary

You will independently perform sales and service support functions for dispensing equipment, leveraging your mechanical engineering and manufacturing knowledge to support regional markets and drive business growth. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical engineering and manufacturing expertise to deliver effective sales and service support for dispensing equipment
• Utilize knowledge of factory automation, computer/IT systems, and PLC programming to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally to engage with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes
• Travel independently to support sales and service activities across regional markets, adapting to diverse customer needs and environments
• Manage sales processes and service support functions autonomously to meet business objectives and customer expectations
