Technical Sales Manager

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Develop a plan of product development (new product) and plan discontinued products to strengthen and sharpen existing product portfolio

INSPECTION, TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality check by sampling and testing taken at regularly interval or at incoming product
Coordination with laboratory in order to analyze the sample of product
Reduce quality related problem

TECHNICAL SERVICES
Prepare and develop technical training material to distributors & customers
Organize seminar/training/workshop for sales, distributor or end user
Make competitor product quality bench mark
Develop Product Data Sheet or Technical Data Sheet for company's products
Give information to the company on technical trends, up to date lubricant specification, and regulation of the product

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Advice and help customer or distributors to select proper lubricant for their application and ensure proper utilization of the products.
Handle all customer complaints within a specified time and give proper feedback to customer and report
