Technical Sourcing Manager

You will manage strategic sourcing of PCBA components and supplier relationships in Taipei. You will negotiate commercial agreements, support new product introduction, optimise costs, monitor supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, resolve quality issues and develop procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Source PCBA components
• Identify evaluate and select suppliers
• Negotiate commercial agreements pricing and contracts
• Manage supplier relationships
• Support new product introduction and build planning
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance
• Implement supplier improvement plans
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Resolve supplier quality problems
• Analyse market trends component availability and pricing
• Develop procurement processes tools and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
• High-tech sector experience
• Understanding of material planning cycles
• Experience managing EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships
• Procurement experience in electronics or hardware manufacturing
• Knowledge of the PCBA component market and global supplier landscapes
• Cross-functional coordination experience
• Analytical skills
• Commercial judgment
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
