Technical Support Engineer (facade)

Support the Project Team and the Sr. Façade Engineers and Project Managers with technical services to get specified in projects, and to secure the façade/window/door package in the end.

Technical support entails design proposals for our standard products, such as typical system details, and for bespoke design solution (if applicable), as well as material takeoffs and cost estimation for products by using our estimation software.

Support Project Team, or if required directly, to coordinate and keep track of document submissions to the client such as design drawings and list of material proposals;

Coordinate with the Project Team in Vietnam, as well as the Technical Support Functions in Singapore, about the design proposal and engineering issues in the project.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering, minimum 3 years relevant working experiences;
Profound knowledge of aluminium façade-, window- and door-systems;
High level in usage of 2D and 3D ACAD software;
Good command of English Language;
Ability and willingness to work precisely even under pressure;
Capacity for teamwork, strong company commitment, target-oriented and self-driven.
Experience working with façade, i.e. shop drawing and fabrication drawing.
