Technical Support Engineer III (Cloud)
What You'll Do
The Customer Experience (CX) Organisation at CoreWeave is dedicated to ensuring every client running AI workloads at scale has a seamless, reliable, and high-performance experience. Supporting the infrastructure that powers the AI revolution across data centres, hardware systems, and customer workloads, the CX team aligns closely with internal and customer engineering teams to offer valuable field insights and contribute directly to the CoreWeave product roadmap and development.
About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer III, you will be on the front lines empowering clients to harness the full potential of our advanced Kubernetes-powered High-Performance Computing (HPC) cloud infrastructure. Operating in a 24/7/365 environment with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time, you will collaborate with engineers and researchers to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting mission-critical AI training workloads. In addition to serving as a technical escalation point for high-priority cases, you will mentor team members, deliver technical training, conduct ticket quality assurance reviews, and refine operational playbooks to maintain swift, high-touch support communications and strict SLAs.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or technical support engineering roles.
- Proven hands-on technical experience with Kubernetes administration, workload orchestration, and containerised environments.
- Solid technical proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, load balancing, enterprise storage volumes, and node management.
- Demonstrated experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- Proven ability to mentor technical team members, perform ticket quality assurance reviews, and refine technical support workflows.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift pattern between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time within a 24/7/365 team structure, including participation in on-call rotations and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
Preferred:
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience developing onboarding materials, technical documentation, and coaching programmes for technical teams.
- Experience collaborating within a fast-paced, global, multi-time-zone support organisation.
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% (~25 days per year) as required.

The base salary range for this role is 226,000 PLN to 302,000 PLN gross per annum. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits programme (all subject to eligibility).
