In addition to serving as a technical escalation point for high-priority cases, you will mentor team members, deliver technical training, conduct ticket quality assurance reviews, and refine operational playbooks to maintain swift, high-touch support communications and strict SLAs.

Who You Are

  • Proven hands-on technical experience with Kubernetes administration, workload orchestration, and containerised environments.
  • Solid technical proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, load balancing, enterprise storage volumes, and node management.
  • Demonstrated experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
  • Proven ability to mentor technical team members, perform ticket quality assurance reviews, and refine technical support workflows.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift pattern between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time within a 24/7/365 team structure, including participation in on-call rotations and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

Preferred:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience developing onboarding materials, technical documentation, and coaching programmes for technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating within a fast-paced, global, multi-time-zone support organisation.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% (~25 days per year) as required.
