Technology Delivery Manager, Temenos TAP (Banking, 1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support the delivery of Private Banking technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison and proxy for the Private Banking development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective project governance, reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and their potential impact on delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, status, and governance meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilisation and successful project delivery.
• Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Track project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in technology project delivery and delivery management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with the Temenos TAP platform.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology project delivery processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project planning and scheduling tools.
• Experience with Temenos WealthSuite products, such as TAP Core and OData, will be an advantage.
• Strong project planning, resource management, stakeholder management, and governance skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
