We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Transformation Project Manager to join our team and support multiple ongoing and upcoming sprints within the Extended Enterprise Growth domain. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce delivery standards: Define and implement best practices and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution.
- Project planning and progress tracking: Develop detailed project plans, monitor sprint progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Stakeholder communication and reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Technology understanding: Leverage knowledge of relevant technologies to bridge gaps between technical and business teams, enabling informed decision-making.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology transformation initiatives, preferably within Extended Enterprise or similar growth areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering SAP or other ERP-based products, with a strong understanding of their implementation lifecycle. (SAP delivery is highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and start immediately, with a commitment to a six-month engagement.
- Technical acumen sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technology solutions.
