Technology Ultimate Software Implementation Consultant (OTC)
- Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with a solid understanding of end-to-end process flows, including:
- Credit Management,
- Collections,
- Cash Application,
- Deductions Management,
- Billing,
- Dispute Management,
- Customer Master Data.
- Proven ability to perform process analysis and optimization activities, including:
- assessing current O2C processes and identifying improvement areas,
- recognizing control gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities,
- gathering and documenting business requirements,
- facilitating process workshops and discovery sessions.
- Experience in designing and improving future-state (TO-BE) O2C processes based on industry best practices and business requirements, with consideration of HighRadius capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with HighRadius solution design and configuration, including:
- translating business needs into functional solution designs,
- defining workflows, business rules, strategies, queues, prioritization logic, and automation scenarios,
- supporting process configuration and solution alignment.
- Knowledge of integration concepts between HighRadius and ERP systems, such as:
- SAP,
- Oracle,
- JD Edwards,
- Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in creating and contributing to functional and process documentation, including:
- Functional Design Documents (FDD),
- Process Design Documents (PDD),
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners during O2C transformation and optimization initiatives.
