Job Description

- Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and set up voice and network equipment, including VoIP/Cloud PABX systems, network switches, and related peripherals.
- Deploy, configure, and implement PABX solutions.
- Deliver helpdesk, remote, and onsite technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues.
- Review and verify System Design Documents to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and a proactive service-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on product developments, technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance technical and product knowledge.

- Minimum ITE qualification in a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, communication systems, and PABX solutions.
- Experience in Voice/Data project deployment and management, VoIP telecommunications support, network switch configuration, and LAN/VoIP troubleshooting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Alcatel, Mitel, or Yeastar PABX systems will be an added advantage.
