### Summary:
The Territory Sales In-Charge (TSI) plays a critical role in driving sales performance and market penetration within a defined territory. Responsible for executing daily sales activities, ensuring consistent outlet coverage, and achieving key performance targets, the TSI acts as the frontline representative of the brand. This role demands precision in sales execution, disciplined adherence to beat plans, and active market expansion through new outlet acquisition. With a focus on secondary sales, distributor coordination, and real-time reporting via SFA systems, the TSI ensures brand visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency. Success in this role directly impacts market share growth and customer satisfaction, making it a cornerstone of regional sales performance.
### Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly secondary sales targets consistently
- Conduct regular outlet visits (minimum 40/day) with a focus on productivity and coverage
- Ensure accurate and timely billing from assigned retail outlets
- Collaborate with distributors to maintain stock availability and support primary order planning
- Identify and onboard 10–20 new outlets per month to expand market reach
- Enhance brand visibility and presence through effective retail execution and visual merchandising
- Communicate and implement promotional schemes at the retail level
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback through required forms
- Maintain 100% beat adherence using GPS-based tracking and real-time monitoring
- Submit daily reports via the SFA system with full compliance and accuracy
Requirements
### Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Mandatory FMCG industry experience (1–5 years)
- Proven track record in secondary sales and field execution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using SFA systems and mobile reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with high discipline and accountability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adhere to working hours
