Test Analyst / QA Engineer - Treasury/ Wealth
Summary
Test Analyst/QA Engineer for a banking/financial services engagement in Dubai, performing functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing across Wealth Management, Treasury, and Cards domains. Involves direct business stakeholder engagement, test scenario design, and defect/test management.
Nair Systems is currently looking for Test Analyst / QA Engineer our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
• ISTQB Certification (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of Software Testing / Quality Assurance experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards domain is highly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Treasury, and/or Cards business processes.
• Good understanding of banking operations and system integrations.
• Testing Skills
• Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Ability to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools .
• Technical Aptitude
• Good understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
• Ability to understand data flows and integrations between systems.
• Exposure to API testing and database validation is an advantage.
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and supporting UAT activities.
