About the role
Test Engineer role leading a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production
Support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
Liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance
Test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement
Participate in the Kaizen activities
Update the test program master list & tracking
Prepare and update Working Instruction
Provide training over W/I to production
About you
Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline
Experience in server manufacturing or a related electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage
Good understanding of test methods and concept
C++, SAP & Linux knowledge
12-hour shift arrangement (Day or Night Shift), shift deployment will be assigned based on operational and business requirements
Candidates who are adaptable and comfortable with rotating shift schedules will thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
Able to multi-task & work under pressure
Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors
