This is a hands-on engineering role based at our San Jose, CA facility, focused on the development, execution, and validation of test programs for cutting-edge semiconductor optical devices and multi-chip integrations leading to CPO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Work with team to implement an industry leading optical device test platform.
- Develop, implement, and debug ATE test programs on ATE platforms.
- Collaborate with customer product and design teams to ensure full test coverage and yield optimization.
- Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Support correlation, characterization, and yield improvement efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in test methodologies and automation.
