Test Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join one of Italy's biggest consultancies on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, with 2 days per week in their Turin office.

Technical skills/experience:

• Software lifecycle and testing processes
• Experience in both Functional Testing (Stand Alone, System Integration, E2E) and Non-Functional Testing.
• Utilization (and preferably configured) Test Management tools (Quality Centre, XRay, Spira, QTest, etc.).
• Test Automation tools.

Soft skills/experience:

• Good interactions with analysts, product owners, developers, other test teams, external suppliers, etc.
• Ability to manage one or more test teams (at least 3 years of experience).
• Ability to motivate the team.
