Test Manager for a Banking Project

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate QA activities across the Agile Release Train and multiple Scrum teams.
• Plan, execute, document and report functional, non-functional, system, integration and End-to-End testing.
• Define and improve testing strategies, methodologies, governance and best practices.
• Ensure test environments, test data and test evidence are ready before production releases.
• Coordinate test schedules with release and deployment plans.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and impediments, and communicate quality metrics and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coach QA teams and drive improvements in test automation coverage, KPIs and operational efficiency.

• Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, with three days per week in the office.
• Flexible work organization and training financed by Jit.
• International environment with daily exposure to English and regular integration meetings.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA leadership, Test Manager or QA Lead roles.
• Strong financial-sector knowledge, preferably mortgage lending or home financing.
• Experience leading and coaching QA teams of different sizes.
• Experience managing testing across the complete project lifecycle and in complex legacy environments.
• Ability to create dashboards, status reports and executive presentations concerning testing and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Spark and Scala.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, mainframe environments, AI-driven testing and advanced test automation.
• Experience with Java, Kafka, C#, WebLogic, SQL, COBOL, ASP, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, qTest, Jira and Power BI.
