Towne University Guest Experience Manager (Part-Time)

Towne University is the heart of the TowneBank campus in Suffolk, Virginia. The 16,000-square-foot venue hosts meetings, training programs, receptions, division conferences, board meetings, and community events. The Towne University Guest Experience Manager coordinates the day-to-day operations and guest experience, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and impeccable environment for all visitors and events. This position is part of our Towne University Guest Experience team. The team serves as the on-site coordinators for facility readiness, guest hospitality, and event support, partnering closely with the Event Experience Team, vendors, and internal business partners to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain our high standards of service and presentation.
