Trading Operations Manager

Senior specialist, trading operations – (Naphtha/LPG)

We are seeking to hire a senior specialist, trading operations with experience across naphtha or LPG. This profile will be responsible for providing end-to-end commercial, logistical and operational support for the naphtha/LPG trading portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of physical naphtha and LPG transactions, ensuring contractual compliance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate cargo movements, vessel operations, storage, inventory and blending activities to support trading strategies.
• Protect and optimize trading P&L through effective logistics, asset utilization and cost management.
• Manage product quality, specifications and operational risks throughout the supply chain.
• Act as the key liaison between traders, counterparties, shipping providers, terminals and service vendors.
• Support settlements, claims, demurrage, inventory reconciliation and operational reporting.
• Ensure accurate system updates and compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and company policies.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience within commodities trading, energy trading or oil & gas trading environments.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct trading operations experience supporting naphtha, LPG, light ends or refined products trading activities.
• Proven experience managing complex physical cargo movements, storage operations and international supply chains.
• Experience supporting traders and managing operational exposure within a global trading environment.
• Exposure to Middle East, Asia and international light ends markets is preferred.
