Traffic Analyst
We’re looking for a Traffic Analyst to join an international digital project and help us turn traffic data into clear, actionable business decisions.
The role focuses on analyzing acquisition channels, user behavior, conversion funnels, and key marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve traffic performance.
Location: Cyprus preferred / Remote considered
What You’ll Do
Analyze the performance of acquisition channels, including Affiliate, SEO, ASO, PPC, Direct, Email, Push, and others;
Segment traffic by GEO, device, source, and user type;
Calculate and monitor key metrics such as ROI, CPA, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Conversion Rate, and others;
Prepare regular reports on traffic, conversions, and marketing performance;
Analyze conversion funnels and identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks;
Develop hypotheses and analyze A/B test results;
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams;
Analyze user behavior, retention, and churn;
Evaluate the impact of promotions, bonuses, campaigns, and product changes on business performance.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Traffic Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar analytical role;
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar;
Solid understanding of marketing and product metrics: ROI, CPA, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate, etc.;
Hands-on experience analyzing paid/acquisition traffic and conversion funnels;
Ability to work with large datasets and prepare clear analytical reports;
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations;
SQL knowledge would be an advantage;
English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing;
Experience with tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, or similar;
Understanding of attribution and web/mobile analytics tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.;
Experience with A/B testing and interpreting experiment results.
Location & Work Format
We would ideally like to find someone based in Cyprus. However, we are also open to considering strong candidates for a fully remote format.
