Transformation Curriculum Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Align learning & curriculum with the company goals and build strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure that training programs achieve desired outcomes.
• To conduct thorough needs assessments identifying skills gaps and development areas
• Develop curriculum from end-to-end ownership of curriculum development by creating high-quality training content and ensure that content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance data.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on programme outcomes to stakeholders and management.
• Stay updated on learning trends and introduce innovative development solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Human Resource Management

• Experience in Learning & Development with 5years working experience
• Stakeholder Management skills, Data and evaluation using feedback an learning data to measure training effectiveness.
• Experience with workshops, e-learning, coaching, blended learning or other learning methodologies.
• This is a Contract role for One year/extendable
