We are looking for a Transportation Project Manager to join our IN team.

The Impact You'll Make
- Serve as Project Manager for transportation projects development services, from pursuit through final delivery
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality in accordance with Lochner’s project management procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact with project client and subconsultants
- Support pursuits, including technical approach development, staffing plans, schedules.
- Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Support client development and fostering relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote Lochner’s culture of safety, quality, and integrity on all projects
The Expertise You'll Bring
- 8+ years of transportation project development experience
- Experience in LaPorte and/or Crawfordsville District highly preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience on highway and or bridge design projects
- Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
- Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require
