Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.

  • Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases that occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.

  • Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.

  • Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.

  • Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.

  • Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.

  • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an operating room, procedural healthcare environment, medical device sales role, or clinical support role.

  • Experience providing intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures.

  • Experience managing surgical inventory, consignment assets, or instrument sets.


This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
