Treasury Lead Liquidity Forecasting and Risk
You will lead liquidity management, forecasting, capital planning, and financial risk management across a complex multi-entity and multi-currency organization. You will develop forecasting frameworks, scenario planning, stress testing, liquidity and capital strategies, and risk controls while partnering with Finance, Product, Lending, Commercial, and Treasury Operations teams. You will also lead Treasury planning capabilities, mentor analysts, and deputize for the Group Treasurer.
Responsibilities
- Own the Treasury forecasting framework
- Develop and maintain planning assumptions and forecasting methodologies
- Provide forward-looking analysis for growth, products, and strategic initiatives
- Lead scenario planning and design stress testing methodologies
- Own liquidity and capital management across entities, currencies, and business lines
- Optimize capital and liquidity usage
- Build resilient capital structures with FP&A and Risk
- Recommend liquidity buffers and funding requirements
- Own monthly and quarterly Treasury MI packs
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
- Implement and oversee hedging strategies and policies
- Liaise with banking and trading partners
- Assess Treasury impacts of new initiatives
- Represent Treasury on cross-functional projects
- Lead Treasury planning capabilities
- Coach and mentor Treasury analysts
- Deputize for the Group Treasurer
Requirements
- At least 9 years of Treasury experience
- Experience in liquidity and capital management, including forecasting and planning
- Financial services experience
- Knowledge of cash forecasting, capital management, financial risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Experience overseeing controls and mitigating financial risks
- Experience using BI reporting tools is desirable
- Experience managing and leading Treasury teams across multiple locations and countries
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
