Treasury Lead

You will build and own the treasury function from the ground up. You will develop investment policies, cash management and FX frameworks, and treasury infrastructure across multiple entities and geographies. You will manage cash visibility, banking relationships, intercompany financing, and treasury-related cost reduction while partnering with Finance, Tax, and Legal. You will also build scalable processes and explore AI and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the investment policy and cash management framework across all entities
• Optimise yield on cash balances while maintaining liquidity and risk parameters
• Establish treasury infrastructure across multiple geographies and entities
• Build and implement an FX framework
• Drive cost reduction across FX, banking fees, and payment transactions
• Build and maintain banking relationships across the group
• Own daily cash visibility across entities and banks
• Manage and document intercompany financing arrangements
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal on treasury implications
• Build scalable treasury processes and explore AI and automation

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of treasury experience spanning cash management, investments, FX, and banking
• Experience setting up or significantly building a treasury function
• Understanding of cash investment strategies and risk management frameworks
• Experience with FX risk management and hedging in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment
• Background in high-growth technology or SaaS
• Experience building banking relationships and reducing fees and transaction costs
• Interest in AI tools and agentic ways of working
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
