Treasury Manager
The Treasury Analyst family supports the organization’s Treasury function through a progression of responsibilities that range from foundational treasury operations and reporting to advanced analysis, strategic decision support, and enterprise-level direction. Roles in this family contribute to liquidity management, balance sheet strategy, asset/liability management, borrowing, cash management, deposit pricing, financial modeling, and other treasury and finance initiatives. As levels advance, incumbents are expected to demonstrate increasing technical expertise, judgment, cross-functional partnership, and leadership in support of sound financial management, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead treasury analysis and execution across liquidity management, structural funding, balance sheet positioning, borrowing strategy, and treasury operations.
- Develop and maintain models, forecasts, and scenario analyses used to evaluate liquidity risk, funding concentrations, deposit behavior, and balance sheet performance.
- Direct execution and oversight of borrowings, investments, and contingent liquidity resources, including assessment of collateral usage, funding costs, and market access.
- Support ALCO and senior management decision-making through treasury reporting, balance sheet recommendations, stress testing results, and risk-return analysis.
- Lead optimization of Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Net Stable Funding Ratio positions and strategies, balancing regulatory requirements, funding efficiency, and business objectives.
- Partner with finance, accounting, risk, and business leaders to align treasury actions with capital planning, interest rate risk management, and growth strategies.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to treasury policies, controls, analytics, and governance that improve balance sheet resilience, regulatory compliance, and strategic agility.
