Treasury Manager

We're supporting a globally recognized MNC in their search for a Treasury Manager to join their treasury team. In this role, you'll take the lead on shaping the Group's liquidity strategy, overseeing cash flow forecasting and working capital management, and partnering closely with stakeholders and banking relationships to ensure funding and liquidity remain well-managed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, including daily, weekly, monthly, and rolling forecasts with Business Units
• Track forecast accuracy, investigate variances, and improve forecasting reliability
• Oversee daily cash positions and management activities to ensure sufficient Group funding and liquidity
• Manage cash pooling, concentration structures, and intercompany funding
• Drive working capital efficiency and optimise cash deployment to close funding gaps
• Manage banking relationships and support account rationalisation and treasury structure optimisation
• Drive process automation and TMS enhancement/implementation
• Use data analytics to strengthen treasury reporting and decision-making
• Support internal/external audits and resolution of audit findings
• Ensure treasury transactions comply with approved policies
• Support treasury close activities and statutory reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a min. of 8 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
• Exposure to treasury transformation initiatives and implementations is desirable
