Trust and Safety Analyst Engineer

You build, analyze, and scale systems that protect users from harmful content, fraud, and abusive behavior. You translate safety policies into automated logic, machine learning features, and backend workflows, identify abuse patterns, improve policy and tooling, escalate severe cases, and support AI-assisted moderation.

• Identify trends in cases and abuse patterns
• Improve policy, tooling, and detection
• Escalate complex or high-severity cases with clear summaries
• Build AI-assisted moderation tooling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trust and safety, platform integrity, or a related data analysis and engineering role
• Code-writing ability
• Data querying
• Backend workflow development
• Safety policy automation
• Machine learning features
• Data analysis
• Operational documentation
• Strong written English
• DSA familiarity
• NCMEC reporting familiarity
• Law enforcement request experience
