TSPV Cleared Program Coordinator - long term contract (12X12X12)
As a result of a secured engagement with one of our National Security partners, Helix requires a Project Coordinator to join us on a long-term contract (12 months with expected extensions).
We're looking for a Program Coordinator with proven experience of solving complex problems, who thrives working as part of a team to push boundaries and is passionate about leveraging technology to produce world-class outcomes for critical intelligence and national security customers.
The IT Project Coordinator will work closely with team members and the Project Manager and clients to help deliver major projects efficiently. The IT Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.
This engagement combines project delivery and sustainment. The Project Coordinator will also assist in the on-going sustainment support, helping teams prioritise assigned work with the relevant Product Owner, as well as assist teams monitor and meet specific SLA’s.

Project Coordinator key responsibilities:
- Assisting the Delivery Lead in the day to day management of the Program
- Preparing and distributing project reports
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of Contract reports
- Working with project teams across multiple project deliverables
- Documenting and distributing agreed decisions and actions from meetings
- Assisting in the prioritisation of sustainment work
- TSPV clearance is a minimum requirement for this environment
- Supporting Agile teams
- Experience with Information Management suites such as Jira or Microsoft DevOps
- Experience with ITSM toolsets such as Jira or Confluence
- Project support and end-user change management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project Risk Management
- Experience with project reporting
- Experience working in a secure environment
- Experience with minute taking
