Design mechanical assemblies, propulsion systems, structural components, and payload integration solutions
Create 3D models, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation
Perform engineering analyses, including structural strength, weight and balance, mass properties, aerodynamics, and flight performance
Integrate and configure onboard systems, avionics, and autopilot hardware
Work with ArduPilot and Mission Planner for system configuration, log analysis, and diagnostics
Participate in prototype assembly, ground testing, and flight testing
Analyze test results, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement engineering improvements
Collaborate closely with Electronics, Embedded, Software, and Production teams
