UI Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to create innovative, user-centered design concepts for digital products and services. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, take ownership of design projects, and push the boundaries of technical and creative possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative UI design concepts for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with UX designers and front-end developers in interdisciplinary teams.
• Take responsibility for design in projects and pitches.
• Build and maintain complex design systems.
• Explore and innovate within technical and design possibilities.
• Create interactive prototypes and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide design support for various clients and day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in UI and information design.
• Strong understanding of holistic experience design and UX/UI methods.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Experience in building design systems and creating infographics/data visualizations.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
