岗位职责
- 负责项目核心用户体验、交互流程及界面设计，持续提升产品整体交互水准；
- 主导交互原型的构思、设计和迭代，保证玩家操作的流畅和可玩性空间的拓展；
- 结合产品目标和玩家需求，系统化梳理与优化交互体验，推动创新方案真正落地；
- 与策划、美术、程序等多团队紧密协作，确保交互设计高效实现并符合产品核心体验；
- 基于数据分析与用户反馈，不断优化迭代交互方案，提升核心体验指标；
- 关注行业趋势与竞品动态，沉淀并输出交互创新点，驱动体验突破。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上交互设计相关经验，有游戏、数字娱乐或系统产品交互经验者优先；
- 熟练运用主流设计与原型工具，有完整产品交互落地案例；
- 扎实的用户体验与交互设计理论基础，能独立梳理和优化复杂流程；
- 有系统思维与创新能力，关注玩家诉求，善于输出高质量设计文档和规范；
- 具备数据驱动的体验优化能力，能结合反馈主动推动持续迭代；
- 良好沟通与跨团队协作能力，能独立承担重点模块设计并高效配合团队落地；
- 保持对行业前沿动态的关注和持续学习。
加分项
- 有Unreal Engine 5（UE5）项目经验或相关工具开发经验者优先（非必须项，具备者加分）；
- 有多人在线游戏、MOBA、沙盒或大型系统交互架构经验；
- 熟悉英雄联盟IP，有国际化、多文化项目经验者优先；
- 能撰写或阅读英文设计文档。
用工性质：与专业人事服务公司FESCO Adecco签订劳动合同.
