If you dream of becoming a UI/UX designer, already understand the basics, and have a strong desire to learn, this opportunity might be for you.
We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. However, you should understand the fundamentals of UI/UX, have 2–3 strong portfolio projects, and be ready to complete a small test task.
We are looking for someone with good visual taste, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. You enjoy exploring new ideas and tools, use modern technologies and AI in your work, take ownership of your tasks, and stay focused on results.

What you’ll do:
● Design websites, landing pages, and digital products
● Research users, competitors, references, and trends
● Generate ideas and turn them into strong visual concepts
● Create Dribbble shots and content for social media
● Collaborate with developers and other team members
● Present your work and improve it based on feedback
What we expect from you:
● A genuine interest in design and modern digital products
● Good taste and strong visual thinking
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
● Confidence with Figma
● Curiosity and willingness to learn
● Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail
● A portfolio with 2–3 strong projects
Would be a plus:
● Graphic design or branding experience
● Basic motion design skills
● Experience with AI tools
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Your growth at Bato:
You’ll work on internal and commercial projects of different levels and complexity. This will help you develop quickly through real tasks and hands-on experience. You’ll work independently, but you won’t be left alone. An experienced Design Lead will regularly review your work, provide feedback, and help you grow. As your skills improve, you’ll take on more ownership and responsibility.
