Key Responsibilities (what you’ll do first & most)

Spin up new Shopify stores and other no-code sites from scratch.You’ll design the UI, build the flows, configure apps, and publish end-to-end.

Own the full design cycle.Research, wireframe, prototype, and create pixel-perfect visuals.

Leverage AI in daily work.Rapid ideation with Gen-AI tools, prompt engineering for image/content generation, AI-powered user-testing insights, etc.

Iterate & optimise live sites.Refine UX based on analytics, and push updates via no-code.

Collaborate with devsTranslate growth ideas into clean, scalable design and no-code implementations.

(No-code skills are trainable—expect a guided ramp-up. Mastery of AI tools, however, is non-negotiable.)

Must-Have Qualifications

Solid, public portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and responsive principles.
Daily use of AI design tooling (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI workflows).
Strong English communication for async teamwork.
Work an 8-hour shift tracked in Hubstaff.

Nice-to-Have (learn here if you don’t yet know)

Hands-on Shopify theme customisation (Liquid, metafields, app setup).
Experience with any modern no-code builder: Webflow, Framer, Bubble, Glide, Softr, etc.
Basic HTML/CSS tweaks inside no-code platforms.
