UI/UX Researcher

Senior UI/UX Researcher needed for an innovative AI-driven construction project management platform.

Responsibilities:
Lead customer research through interviews, discovery sessions, and design workshops
Map and document user workflows and journeys across construction project roles
Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
Build and maintain a consistent design system (components, patterns, key UI states)
Collaborate with engineers for seamless handoff between design and development
Translate complex, data-heavy processes into clear, intuitive user experiences
Define how AI assistants interact with users
Present research findings and design rationale to internal teams and clients
Conduct usability checks and gather feedback to improve designs

Must-have:
Expertise in designing complex, data-heavy, technical software
Strong user research and usability testing skills
Figma proficiency and high-fidelity prototyping
Design systems experience
Ability to facilitate client-facing workshops and discovery sessions
Systems thinking and logical user journey mapping
Skill in simplifying and organizing complex information

Nice-to-have:
Experience with agentic or human-in-the-loop products
Familiarity with 3D models, CAD, GIS, or project management tools
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, visual hierarchy)
