UiPath Developer Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer – UiPath RPA & Power Apps to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions leveraging UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end automation delivery, solution design, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior developers.

The role requires expertise in building scalable enterprise automation solutions, integrating multiple business applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a hyperautomation environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Solution Development

1. Design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath.
2. Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries following best practices.
3. Develop attended and unattended automation solutions.
4. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
5. Design and implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.

Power Platform Development

1. Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
2. Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
3. Develop custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications.
4. Build SharePoint-based and Dataverse-based business applications.
5. Support citizen development initiatives and governance frameworks.

Solution Design & Architecture

1. Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies.
2. Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and technical specifications.
3. Recommend automation opportunities and optimization initiatives.
4. Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.

Integration & Advanced Automation

1. Integrate solutions with APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, SAP, CRM, ERP, Outlook, and web applications.
2. Implement OCR, Document Understanding, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI-powered automation capabilities.
3. Support automation involving Excel, PDFs, email processing, and workflow orchestration.

Support & Governance

1. Provide L2/L3 production support.
2. Monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
3. Troubleshoot production incidents and implement corrective actions.
4. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

1. Mentor junior developers and support technical growth.
2. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Client Stakeholders.
3. Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across automation programs.

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
2. UiPath Certified Professional Developer (Preferred).
3. Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate Certification (Preferred).
