Urgent !! Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
- Prepare financial statements, GST returns, and corporate and individual tax filings.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients to collect accounting documents and resolve queries.
- Assist with statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
- Work closely with Corporate Secretarial, Tax, and Audit teams to complete client assignments.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Good attention to detail, analytical, and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
