Urgent hiring: Manager, Testing & Debugging (MNC/EMS/Semiconductor)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Test Engineering team in carrying out all testing activities for Server and Rack products.
• Proven track record in identifying, tracking, and analyzing online/offline issues to improve testing strategies and enhance product quality.
• Conduct training sessions to strengthen the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to develop, implement, and sustain test programs.
• Provide technical direction on process enhancements and support the introduction of new projects.
• Support operations in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
• Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives.
• Participate in ISO and RBA compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and concepts.
• Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP and Linux.
